I'm someone who...

 When I used this to change how I thought about myself in specific areas, it unlocked a change so fast and easy, I had to share it with you! 

I decided, I'm a person who... loves early mornings, wakes up before her alarm, starts the day with energy and excitement. And this is what I now experience. I decided, and this is what happened. 

I haven't always been this way. I was the reason the snooze button was invented. I always had to have my mom wake me up growing up and I was always one to snooze so many times that my mornings were chaos and I was always late. My alarm would startle me away, which I hated, and I didn't want to get out of bed. 

Now, I'm awake before my alarm and I'm ready to start my day with energy and excitement. I genuinely enjoy my mornings.

This was the second area that I put this trick to use. I first heard of the idea from my coach that asked if I consider myself a procrastinator. She said if you think of yourself as a procrastinator, you'll show up as a procrastinator. I knew she was talking directly to me. I hated being a procrastinator. So, I decided to be someone who is an action taker and gets things done early. And that is now my new reality! 

You can use this trick on anything. And the results are fast and easy!

But, the secret is that you have to decide what it is - and I mean really decide. Decide with conviction, and see yourself as the new version. As the person who... 

Complete the sentence I am someone who... and this will be your reality. You're not becoming this version. You're not working on it. You ARE it.

You are someone who...

Notice the difference. It's subtle, but it's everything. If you tell yourself you want to be a morning person, or you want to be an action taker, you are just wanting something different. You're not being this something. 

Yes, you can decide and have it be true immediately.
