Do you feel like you don't have enough time for coaching? 

This is the number one reason I hear from my community.

Today I want to talk about how to self coach in the tiny pockets of time that you are already spending "just thinking". Like when you're brushing your teeth, in the shower, or driving to work. 

What are you thinking in those moments? What if you were doing your self-coaching during that time? What if you were intentionally setting up your thoughts for positivity or excitement? 

 

I want to argue that we all have plenty of time to self-coach. And I'd say we're already thinking during these times, but with unmanaged thoughts. 

 

What is the predominant thought or sentence in your mind today? What is the predominant feeling you're carrying around today?

 

Is it excitement for your day? 

Is it dread for going to work? 

 

If "thought-work" is the only thing standing between you and your dream life, why aren't you creating the life you want?

 

If you're reading this, you can't say you don't know how.

You don't think it will work for you? 

You don't think it's as easy as I make it sound?

 

Well in both cases, you're right.

If you don't think it will work, then it won't. If you think it WILL work, then it will. 

If you don't think it will be easy, then it won't be. 

 

Our thoughts create our results. In every scenario. Always. 

 

Start by thinking it will work, and that it will be easy. 

 

In the video, I do go deeper on the "easy" part. Committing to an exercise program or healthy eating protocol is the easy part. Doing the work isn't always easy. 

 

Let's say the work is simple. It isn't always easy. There's discomfort. Negative emotion. Facing our emotions. Feeling our emotions. 

 

But, all of this is the currency of getting the life we want. 

 

What do you want your life to feel like each day? What's keeping you from creating this for yourself? 

That thought, the one that was the answer to this question above, let's start by changing that thought. 

 

Your dream life is available to you. I'll keep telling you this until you accept it for yourself.
