Do you treat your mind like your biggest asset?
Jul 28, 2026If you treated your mind like your biggest asset, what would be different in your life?
That question stopped me in my tracks this week — and if I'm honest, even I don't always live it. I know my mind is my biggest asset. But do I pamper it, protect it, feed it, and nurture it the way I would something I truly valued? Not always.
In this week's Tuesday Talks, I explore what it actually looks like to treat your mind like the asset it is — and why doing so doesn't just improve your life a little. It changes everything.
Investment In, Exponential Results Out
Here's the part that really landed for me: investing in your mind isn't a one-for-one trade. It's not "put in a little, get a little back." When you invest time, energy, and intention into your mind, the return is disproportionate — exponential, even. A small amount of nurturing creates outsized change in how you think, how you feel, and the results you create in your life.
"I Don't Have Time" — The Objection That Doesn't Hold Up
The number one objection I hear from clients and students is time. Who has time for self-coaching, thought work, or putting new tools into practice?
But here's the reframe: what if the time you invest in your mind comes back to you with more time — more energy, more capacity, more clarity to make better decisions? That's exactly what happens when we do the work. It's not a cost. It's a multiplier.
Knowing Isn't the Same as Embodying
There's a real difference between intellectually knowing something and actually living it. It's the treadmill sitting in the corner of your bedroom — owning it changes nothing until you get on it. The same is true for the tools and concepts we learn. Knowledge only creates change when we implement it, embody it, and act as if it's already true.
Why No One Taught Us This
We're taught that learning is good, that an active mind stays young, that continuing education matters. What we're not taught is that our mind is an asset — one that directs literally everything in our lives: our thoughts, our emotions, our actions, and ultimately, our results. That's not a lesson from school. It's something coaches like me are here to teach.
So — What Would Be Different?
If your mind were truly your top priority — protected, pampered, and invested in daily — what would change in your life?
I unpack this whole concept in this week's video. Watch it below, and then let me know: what's one thing you're going to do this week to start treating your mind like the asset it is?
Message me here — I read every single one, and I'd genuinely love to know what this brought up for you.
If this resonated with you, you'll love what we do inside the Success Society.
It's a monthly membership where we take concepts exactly like this one — treating your mind as an asset, doing the actual thought work instead of just knowing about it — and put them into practice together. Each month you'll get [live coaching calls / new tools and worksheets / a community of people doing this work alongside you], so this isn't just something you read about once and forget. It becomes how you think.

P.S. The women in Success Society aren't waiting for the "right time" to invest in their minds. They're doing it now, a little at a time, and watching it compound. If that's you, I'd love to have you in there.
