Everything we do or don't do is based on how we're feeling. So, unlocking the thought-feeling combination is key to creating anything we want in life. How we act, show up, or behave in life is what creates our results. This means that our thoughts are in direct correlation with our results. This is how we intentionally create anything we want in our life. We simply decide what we want, decide the thoughts we need to think, and then we are intentional about thinking these thoughts. It's that simple. Not easy, but simple.

Our brains will want to revert to the old programmed thinking. And we'll revert to the negative thinking. Our survival brain wants to be efficient and protect us. We just need to know this is what it will do, be prepared for it, and redirect back to the intentional thinking. Every single time. 

Where we get stuck is in this old story. In the old thoughts. In the negative thinking. Our brain WILL go there. We just don't want to stay there. We want to decide and redirect. We always want to decide and choose what we want in life. It's always available to us.
