How to put the coaching tools into practice

We've spent the last few weeks talking about specific coaching tools. This week we talk about how to put these into practice for lasting results. 

It's no secret that the tools only work if you use them. And like anything else, you get better the more you practice. 

The process can be a regular part of your routine, or just as you feel it's needed.

Regular maintenance on our brain creates the most results. Our brains still revert to the negative any chance it gets. This is by design, to keep us safe. 

The more often you practice, the easier it will get. Before you know it, the old negative thoughts will be replaced by new positive thoughts and these become the new default thinking. 

After the new thinking is in place, then regular maintenance might be all that is needed. This is a better plan than waiting until you're at another breaking point. Which is where I often find my clients. When they know something has to change, but just don't know what. Once they have that clarity, they are off to the races.
